Details of many Post Office products or services are given on the website page dedicated to the Willington campaign "Your Post Office - Your Choice".
Newspapers and Magazines. A delivery service is provided to properties located within the villages of Cardington, Cople and Willington. Some outlying properties also receive a delivery service where this can be accommodated - please check with us. Delivery fees are charged only for the days that actual deliveries are made. 15p for each weekday and 25p on either Saturday or Sunday. You may choose any combination of days for delivery. There is no extra charge for two or more items being delivered on one day. A shopsave service is provided for people who do not want their newspaper or magazine delivered, but would prefer to have it reserved for their collection at the store. Please ask us to order the magazine you want if you can't find it on our shelves - we will be more than happy to oblige.
Dry Cleaning, Laundry, Garment Repair, Shoe Repair services. These services are provided for us by Garment Care, Their head office is in Baldock, Hertfordshire. Items are collected from us mid-morning on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and are normally returned on the next collection day. Repairs normally take longer.
Fresh-baked bread, rolls, cakes, doorsteps and savoury products are obtained daily from Gunns Bakery in Sandy. We are happy for customers to place regular orders for any Gunns product, please ask at the counter for details. Special orders for celebration cakes can also be arranged through us.
Beautiful Gift Bouquets. From £9.99 including your personal message and UK delivery by First Class post. Courier delivery on the day of your choice, handmade birthday cake, Belgian chocolates, cuddly teddy or hand crafted birthday card available as optional extras.
Bunches of Sunflowers. Sourced from Willington's own grower, Roger Hartwell, these are only available for sale in season.
Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. These are obtained from S C Sinfield, Willington's own wholesaler and market stallholder. Local produce is obtained in season with other products obtained from London three days a week.
Fresh Milk. Obtained daily from Blunham Dairy, delivered to us by refrigerated van and stored in our modern chillers.
Photocopying and Fax services available. Generally suited to small quantities and sizes up to A4.
A wide range of stationery and greetings card products are available in store. Some of the hand made cards, such as the Campion Cards range, are exclusive to our store.
Lottery. Scratchard and draw based games available in store. Syndicates of ten players are organised for Friday night and Saturday night draws. Wednesday syndicates are organised for rollover situations. Please ask in store.
A wide range of grocery, household, personal, medicine, alcohol, frozen food, chilled ready to eat food, sweets, snacks, water and soft drinks products are all stocked in store. Promotional and special offers are organised on a 4 weekly cylce. A leaflet is available in store with full details of the current offers.
